What are the requirements to rent the van?
Anyone who plans to drive the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age and a Valid US driver’s license.
HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?

You have up to 200 miles free per day and if you want to exceed these miles, you will be charged $0.25 for every mile over per day.

Will you deliver the rental to me?
Yes, we can deliver the van to the location within a 35 mile radius for a fee of $100.
Are you allowed to travel out of state?
Yes, you can travel anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.
Yes, we encourage you to bring any pets. We have a pet fee of $25.
WHAT IF I GET IN AN ACCIDENT DURING THE TRIP?
Please call Navigo at 832-377-5444. We recommend you purchasing Roadside Assistance Number with our insurance provider MBA Insurance.
How many people can sleep in the Van?
The Van is accommodated for 3 guests.
Do the vehicles have bathrooms?
We provide a portable toilet that you can take outdoors for a binding experience with nature.
DO YOU ALLOW YOUR VANS TO MUSIC FESTIVALS?
Yes, we do.
Do you have a minimum nights requirement?
We have a minimum night policy of 2 nights
Do you charge by the day or by the night?
We charge by the night.
Can I park my personal vehicle at the pickup location during my trip?
Yes there is street parking in front of our pick up location; however, we are not responsible for any damages.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 21 days or more in advance of the start date of the rental period will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 21 to 7 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund and a 50% credit towards a future reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days to the rental period will receive a 100% credit towards a future rental.

How does payment work? Do I have to pay a security deposit?
The total depends on the days you select. We require a security deposit of $350.00 which will be refundable at the end of the trip depending if the van is returned in the same condition it was given. Any penalties such as damages or misuse will be deducted from your deposit.
Do you offer long-trip discounts?
Yes, if you rent it for a week, we can provide a 15% discount. If you rent it for a month we can give you a 30% discount.
WHAT ARE THe FEES FOR A TOLL OR INFRINGEMENT?
There is a convenience and toll fee of $10 plus the cost of the toll(s) to be deducted from the deposit.
No smoking is allowed in the van at all. The ENTIRE deposit will be retained if someone has smoked inside.
do i have to return the van with a full tank of gas?
Yes, you should return the van with a full tank. If not, there is a convenience fee of $25 plus the local rate of gas to fill up that will be deducted from your deposit.
